Welcome to Petsamar! We’re dedicated to getting the right solutions for your furry friends delivered straight to your door safely and smoothly.

Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively only within the Canada.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before heading out on their adventure.

  • During peak holidays or special store launches, processing might take just a little extra love and time.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days.

  • Delivery times depend on your location, the carrier, and the warehouse your pet's goodies are coming from.

  • While we strive to get your packages to you on time, external factors like weather or customs clearance can occasionally cause minor delays.

Delayed Shipping & Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey home. Please allow a couple of days for the carrier’s system to update after scanning. If your package is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking link first for the latest updates from the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please contact us so we can help look into it!

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $12.00

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75! Any applicable shipping fees or free shipping promotions will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and cart total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please note that Petsamar is not responsible for packages damaged, lost, or mishandled by couriers during transit. If your package arrives damaged due to the courier, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
